CoCo & Delilah is the embodiment of ten years of living, loving and embracing all of the creative energy and freedom that is New York City. This company is a dream of mine finally realized. While growing up in upstate New York, I was obsessed with three things: fashion, figure skating and New York City. Visiting Manhattan for skating competitions during my childhood fueled my ambition to one day move to Manhattan and start a career in fashion.

As owner and buyer for CoCo & Delilah, my goal is to offer modern, fashion forward women the ability to express their personality by claiming their own unique style. I am continually searching for brands that combine classic lines with a cutting edge cosmopolitan flare. Since the inception of our website, we have carried women's contemporary brands like Nanette Lepore, Da-Nang, James Jeans, Frankie B, Joe's Jeans, Blue Cult and Joie and many more.  We are constantly adding new lines as well and look forward to carrying Tart, Jak & Rae and Lewis Cho in the coming months.   Whether the lines we carry represent well-known contemporary designers or up-and-coming ones, I sincerely hope the product we offer enables our customers to express their individuality while creating a flexible wardrobe for the many occasions in their lives.

We are always open to your suggestions on ways we can improve our business.  Since we opened our website in April 2004 we have had the pleasure of hearing from and serving thousands of customers.  Our boutique store front, located at 115 Saint Marks Place in the East Village in New York City, is a direct result of our local customers' interest in "touching the fabric" (Come visit us: CoCo & Delilah Store Location).  Without input from you, our business won't grow.

Occasionally you may experience some bumps in your shopping experience. If you're not sure about what to do next to complete your order, try going to your Shopping Cart to re-orientate yourself. In most cases, you'll get back on track and easily complete your order. If you continue to have trouble with your order, please call us toll-free at 1-866-881-COCO (10-5PM EST) and we will be glad to take your order over the phone.

Holiday Return Policy:  All orders placed between December 10th and December 23rd may be postmarked by January 7th for a full refund.  This applies to all non-clearance items only.  Please follow the instructions below to assure that your returns will be processed promptly.

CoCo & Delilah is committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find that the item you ordered doesn't fit, or isn't the right style or color you were looking for, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Items received between 14-30 days following the delivery date will qualify for store credit only. Any product returned later than 30 days following the original delivery date will be sent back to the customer.  All items marked as “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale only.

Returns and exchanges on regularly priced and sale items will be accepted as long as the items have not been worn, altered, dry cleaned or washed. All tags must be attached and in the condition in which they were received.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and CoCo & Delilah does not cover the cost of return shipping. For this reason we strongly suggest that you are 100% certain about your items before you purchase. CoCo & Delilah also encourages you to insure all items that are returned or exchanged.

If you would like to return an item(s), please take the following steps:

1. Please fill out and enclose the return form included your order, listing the items and the reason for the return.
2. Please pack all items in a secure box sealed with tape and enclose the return form.
3. Fill out and attach the return label that was provided with your order to the outside of the box.
4. Please use an insurable and trackable shipping method

If you misplaced the return label or if it wasn't included in your package, returns and exchanges should be sent to:

Once we receive your item, we will exchange your item or issue you a refund to the credit card you used for the original purchase within 5-10 business days of receipt. We can only credit the card you used for the original purchase. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact Collette toll free at 866-881-2626.

If you receive the wrong item or one that is damaged or defective, please save the box and the original packing material and contact us immediately. We will let you how to return it and will send you a replacement right away.  Please note that we issue credits on damaged items and the cost of the return shipping once the item is received and inspected by CoCo & Delilah.

Ground shipping is free at CoCo & Delilah for all purchases over $20 with a US shipping address. CoCo & Delilah currently uses FedEx for all shipping.

Please note:

1. We do our best to fill and ship orders placed before 1:00 PM EST that same day from our warehouse in Manhattan.
2. Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
3. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded)
4. FedEx Ground typically takes between 5-7 business days from the time the product ships.
5. CoCo & Delilah currently ships to addresses in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.  Shipping charges for Canada and Puerto Rico deliveries is $15.00 US.

When you place an order with CoCo & Delilah we collect information necessary to complete your transaction. This includes your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number.

When you visit CoCo & Delilah and have not registered with us, you browse our web site anonymously. Personally identifiable information, such as your name and e-mail address, is not collected as you browse.

We do track how our site is used by both anonymous visitors and our registered customers.
